Cleaning Bathing Toys
Bathing toys should be regularly cleaned because grime and dirt can invite germs and infection. If bath toys are to be used during baths, they can very well take part in the exercise probably making work easier for mothers when they’d mention the toy enjoying the bath to the kid. For keeping it clean however, give the toys a vinegar-water bath to clean them. Add ½ cup white vinegar per gallon of water and fill a bucket or tub in this proportion. Soak the toys for ten minutes and then rub them gently with a scrub or a sponge. The acetic acid in the vinegar breaks dirt and it is also a natural disinfectant.
