Cast Iron Casted Unclean:
Cast iron is to be treated differently than steel. It contains a different ratio of carbon in it. In order to clean a cast iron pan add some oil to it and place it on medium heat. Once the oil is heated put three tablespoons of salt in it. Now you can’t deal with the pan with bare hands or a wet sponge. So hold a paper towel in a pair of tongs and use it to clean the pan. Once you are done, add a little oil to replenish the film on the pan. That’s that, and the cleaning is done!
